Woodland Harvest Mountain Farm

After being kicked off of campus due to the Covid-19 Pandemic I went to live on an off grid homestead in the Appalachian Mountains.

Despite historic rainfall and a harsh winter, ten other students and I designed and constructed three new cabins using locally sourced sustainable materials, designed and installed solar and hydropower systems, tended the garden, cared for livestock including goats, poultry, and dogs, and completed all of our school work including my senior capstone project.
